About the AJH Classic

We're raising funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) to continue his mission of supporting impactful mentorship.Since 1962, BBBS has matched youth ("Littles") with supportive mentors ("Bigs") across Virginia — from Richmond to Hampton Roads — helping kids gain confidence, achieve academically, and build healthy lives.100% of proceeds go directly to BBBS programs: screening, coaching, match support, and mentorship development. Every $1 donated results in an $18 community benefit through reduced crime and improved education.By supporting BBBS, you're helping kids discover who they are and what they can become. If you’d like to sponsor but not golf, any included golfer registrations will be donated directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters to further their mission — rather than being used for course fees.

Format:
SHOTGUN START (9:30am)
4-PERSON TEAM, CAPTAIN’S CHOICE
a) Non-senior (54 and under) males play from the blue tees.
b) Senior (55+) males play from the White tees.
c) Seniors over 75+ and Ladies play from the gold tees.
d) Each player must use at least one tee shot on each nine (drives or par three tee shots).
e) Each player hits the tee shot. The team captain chooses the best ball, and all players play within
one club length from that position. The captain continues choosing the best ball position for
each shot. On the green, ball may be played within one putter head of the selected position.
f) Note: To speed up play, double bogey is the max score for each hole!
g) Each player may purchase a maximum of two (2) mulligans at the registration desk for $20.
Mulligans can only be used on the greens or tees, and only one per hole!

Q: What is the AJH Classic?

A: The 2025 AJH Classic will take place at Williamsburg National Golf Course.Q: How do I register as a golfer?
A: You can register online through the Register Now section of this website. Spots are limited, so we recommend signing up early.Q: What time should I arrive if I'm golfing?
A: We recommend arriving by 8:30 AM to check in, warm up, and hit the range to dial in your game. The shotgun start is at 9:30 AM sharp, so don’t be late!Q: What’s included in the golfer registration fee?
A: Your fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, drinks, and access to raffles and contests throughout the day.Q: Can I attend the lunch without golfing?
A: Absolutely. We welcome lunch-only attendees — just register under the “Lunch Only” option and join us for food, drinks, and fun.Q: Can I make a donation without attending?

A: Yes! Children are welcome to attend the lunch portion of the event, and kids eat free. While the golf course is reserved for registered players, families are encouraged to bring their little ones to enjoy the food, fun, and celebration starting at 2:00pm.Q: What happens if it rains?
